Dutch broadcaster TROS has announced the six finalists of the Dutch Nationaal Songfestival 2012: Raffaëla Paton, Joan Franka, Ivan Peroti, Pearl Jozefzoon, Tim Douwsma and Kim de Boer. The Dutch final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku takes place on 26th February and is hosted by Jan Smit.

Baku is working hard on the construction of the Baku Crystal Hall. If the works finish in time, the stadium that can seat 25,000 spectators, will most likely host the Eurovision Song Contest in May 2012. The following pictures show the state of the construction in the capital of Azerbaijan.

Spanish broadcaster TVE has internally selected Pastora Soler for the Eurovision Song Contest 2012, Mariló Montero announced today in La Mañana on La 1. The audience will decide per televoting which song Pastora Soler will sing in Baku. Spain is directly qualified for the final of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Norwegian broadcaster NRK has announced the running order for the three semifinals of Melodi Grand Prix 2012. Per semifinal two candidates will qualify for the final on 11th February. 24 songs have been selected for the Norwegian selections for the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 to be held in Baku.

The semifinal of Eurofest 2012 takes place in Belarus at 19:55 CET tonight. A professional jury and televoting will determine the five candidates to take part in the final on 28th January. Anastasia Vinnikova, who represented Belarus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 is one of the participants. # LIVE STREAM

Rambo Amadeus (Antonije Pušić) represents Montenegro in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012. Bosnia & Herzegovina sends Maya Sar to Baku with a song to be presented early next year. Maya Sar (Maja Sarihodžić) was a backing vocalist for the Bosnian Eurovision entries in 2004 and 2011.
