10.05.16 . Russia puts Anastasia Stotskaya out of Eurovision jury
The votes of Russian jury member Anastasia Stotskaya, who produced a video recording on Periscope during the jury vote broadcast of the first Eurovision semifinal, have been declared invalid. The other four judges submitted a valid jury vote. Russian channel RTR will replace Stotskaya for the Grand Final on Saturday 14th May.

Tonight as from 21:00 CET Måns Zelmerlöw and Petra Mede host the first semifinal of the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 from the Globen Arena in Stockholm. 18 countries - including top favourite Sergey Lazarev from Russia, Douwe Bob from the Netherlands, Deen from Bosnia and Ira Losco from Malta - compete for 10 spots in the final. The Russian jury for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 has been discredited. Juror Anastasia Stotskaya streamed images of the dress rehearsal for the first semifinal live on Periscope and gave the world a glimpse of the unprofessional method of working of the Russian jury. The EBU announced on Twitter to react on Tuesday afternoon.

09.05.16 . Justin Timberlake sings new single at Eurovision 2016
Justin Timberlake will be performing in the interval act of the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 final on 14th May. Timberlake will present his new single Can't Stop the Feeling! on the stage of Stockholm's Globen Arena for millions of European viewers. Swedish hit makers Max Martin and Shellback wrote and produced the song together with Timberlake.

Swedish broadcaster SVT and the European Broadcasting Union have revealed the running order of the semifinals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2016. The semifinals take place at Globen in Stockholm on Tuesday 10th and Thursday 12th May. Laura Tesoro will be the last one taking the stage in the second semifinal with What's The Pressure.

Måns Zelmerlöw from Sweden is the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song Heroes. Polina Gagarina from Russia became second with A Million Voices, Il Volo from Italy third with Grande Amore. Loïc Nottet sang Belgium to the fourth place with Rhythm Inside and left number five Guy Sebastian from Australia with Tonight Again behind him.

Conchita Wurst has won the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen with the song Rise Like A Phoenix. The Netherlands finished second thanks to The Common Linnets with Calm After The Storm. Sweden finished third with Undo by Sanna Nielsen. The Eurovision Song Contest 2015 is heading to Vienna, Austria.
