"I took part in Eurosong 2006 in order to break through outside Belgium," says Belle Perez. "El Mundo Bailando brought me to Germany." The German audience was introduced to the Eurosong single El Mundo Bailando and also the album Gotitas De Amor, including the biggest Spanish Belle Perez hits, was released in Germany. On 17th November, Belle will give a concert in the Philipshalle in Düsseldorf.
Eurosong 2008 is no option for Belle next year, because she simply is too busy with her threatre tour. But Belle also wants to give other singers a chance. "I have already taken part a couple of times, but I would advise it to everyone. It is a fantastic opportunity for young talents." Although she did not win Eurosong 2006, Belle is looking back at her second Eurosong adventure with satisfaction.
