Charlotte's Melodifestivalen 2008 entry Hero is written by the successful Swedish songwriters Fredrik Kempe and Bobby Ljunggren. Hero might open the international doors again for Charlotte, who signed a major record deal with Universal Music earlier this year. "I would like to release Hero outside Sweden too," she says. "But it depends on how it goes in the final." Charlotte expects Sanna Nielsen and BWO to be her toughest competitors in the final of Melodifestivalen 2008. If she wins, Charlotte certainly wants to promote the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest entry abroad. "Of course, I know the rules and I also know how important it is to do all the promotion."
