Léa Clément is the new leader in the Belgian selections for the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 on the website of Akamusic and RTBF. Léa jumped over Steve Linden and C'est La Musique with her song Où s'en Vont Nos Rêves, which you can listen to below. The song was written by Christine Sion and Patrick Van Roy.

Steve Linden is the first artist who reached half of the 20.000 EUR needed to qualify for the Belgian national final with the song C'est La Musique. Léa Clément with Où s'en Vont Nos Rêves? (46%) and Syla K. with Simple Love (43%) are near. Watch a live performance of C'est La Musique below.

Caroline Jokris wants to represent Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011. Jokris, who's sometimes compared with Patricia Kaas, has been active in the Walloon music industry since the nineties and scored with songs like Nicola (listen below). On the website of Akamusic and RTBF she uploaded the song Vivant.

Two weeks after the start of the Belgian selections for the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 Steve Linden is number 1 in the chart on Eurovision.rtbf.be. With 8.655 EUR he almost gathered half of the necessary 20.000 EUR in order to qualify for the final. Léa Clément is second, Gautier Reyz third.

With the selection of Jill & Lauren and Get Up! in Belgium and Senna & Anna abd My Family in the Netherlands, all candidates for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010 have been chosen. Almost 4000 visitors of Belgovision.com have cast their vote in our Junior Eurosong 2010 poll. The poll was won by DnA with Power Aan De Kids. Also Jill & Lauren received a lot of votes. The two pairs will most probably be the main competitors for the Belgian ticket to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010.

In the last heat of Junior Eurosong 2010 Ymke easily convinced the professional jury with her song Vive La Fête. Ymke defeated Luís who sang the song In Mijn Dromen. Ymke joins Ferre, Jill & Lauren and DnA to the final of Junior Eurosong 2010 to compete for the Belgian ticket to Minsk.

In the fourth and last battle of Junior Eurosong 2010 on Ketnet tonight, Ymke and her song Vive La Fête compete against Luís who sings the song In Mijn Dromen. The jury decides who'll be the fourth finalist on Friday. Earlier this week DnA, Ferre and Jill & Lauren qualified for the final.

Jill & Lauren have qualified for the final of Junior Eurosong 2010 with the song Get Up! by defeating Emile and his song Diep In Mijn Lijf in the third battle with four votes against one. The professional jury is composed of Walter Grootaers, Ralf Mackenbach, Jelle van Dael from Lasgo, Stan Van Samang and Laura, Eva & Thor.

Tonight, Ketnet airs the second of four battles of Junior Eurosong 2010. The youngest of the eight candidates Emma competes with the song Jamanee against Ferre who sings Met Mijn Ogen Toe. Daan and Anne-Sophie, known as DnA, are the first finalists of Junior Eurosong 2010 with Power Aan De Kids. In the first battle they defeated Ine who sang Kusje Van Mij with 4 votes against 1.
