At her second rehearsal in the Baku Crystal Hall Joan Franka presented her blue Eurovision dress. The dress was created by Dutch designer Victor van Westering. Joan Franka will represent the Netherlands in the second semifinal of the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 on Thursday 24th May with the song You And Me.
